For example, writing up a “Day in the Life” article of an engineer at the client’s company, or a series of LinkedIn articles by employees (ghostwritten with our help).

    Infographics & Visuals: We can produce employer branding infographics, data visualizations (like “by the numbers” of the company’s impact), or social media graphics (e.g., quotes on imagery, job vacancy announcements templates). Visual content to share on Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. falls here.

We create a media plan that might include paid ads (e.g., sponsoring posts on LinkedIn targeted by job title/geography, or programmatic job ads), content seeding in relevant communities, and timing/scheduling for releases with campaign calendars.

    Social Media Campaigns: Managing campaigns on social networks which includes crafting posts, running ad campaigns, engaging with comments. For example, if we launch a new employer brand video, we ensure there’s a teaser campaign around it: countdown posts, behind-the-scenes clips, employee share campaigns, and toolkits to employees to share on their social profiles.
